Terms & Conditions
- All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only exclude Delivery charges unless stated.
- The prices listed is valid per the effective date of our quotation and validity period, however, is subject to change without prior notice or notification.
- Price listed are based on a per user or license basis for all software quoted.
- All business transactions are on CASH terms basis only, until or unless credit terms and facilities have been established.
- All cheque(s) payment MUST be made out to Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd.; Public Bank Berhad (Account No: 3-1279621-03)
- Late Payment of 2% per month is applicable.
- Unless otherwise stated, all price listed DO NOT include training, consulting, deployment, installation, implementation or other services related charges.
- A copy of the End-User purchase order and/or cheque shall be provided to Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. upon request.
- Please note that the provision of the following information would expedite the order procession of good ordered. For any version upgrade, photocopy of END-USER’s existing product license label (clearly indicating the Part Number and Serial Number) MUST be provided. Customer name: Old S/N for any version upgrade MUST appear in the PO to avoid cancellation. For subscription ordering/renewal, a complete Customer Information Form (CIF) MUST be provided for immediate processing. End-User details MUST be provided for licensing purposes.
- No order shall be bound to Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. until Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. has accepted it, and Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. shall have no liability for any PO that it does NOT accept.
- Please allow 4 – 8 weeks for delivery upon Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. formal confirmation of receipt and acceptance of Purchase Order (PO).
- Delivery is also subject to final confirmation by Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. and good credit standing, or full payment received.
- Any Request for PO cancellation MUST be made officially to Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. Acceptance or rejection to the cancellation request is subject to the sole discretion of Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd.
- Any PO cancellation request made shall incur a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the total PO value that is subject to approval by our distributor/software vendor, or such sum(s) as determined by Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd.
- Product description, version and/or specification is correct at the time of quoting, however Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change or vary from time to time without prior notice or notification.
- End-User licence is subject to Autodesk, Inc. software licence agreement (EULA) / Adobe software licence agreement / Chaos end-user license agreement (EULA) / Foundry end-user license agreement (EULA) / Trimble end-user license agreement (EULA) / Microsoft end-user license agreement (EULA)
- Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to the final decision in any situation of dispute. Also, Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. should NOT be held liable for any loss of data or business arises from this transaction.
- Please note that Autodesk, Inc. or Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. may append certain stipulation or request for end-user information prior to order, shipping or processing approval.
